Originally from the Houston suburbs, Melanie moved to the East Texas area in 1980. She is a graduate from SFASU class of 1988 with a B.S. in Agriculture. Melanie moved to Austin for 12 years where she pursued her career as a Horticulturist. Relocating back to Nacogdoches in 2000 Melanie purchased a home and became a Realtor. Melanie has been with Simpson Real Estate as an Associate Realtor since 2008 and a "Top Producer" for 2010. Her specialty is in Residential Home Sales. Melanie is a member of SFASU Alumni and Christ Episcopal Church.

Two weeks out of High School Pat joined the army. He served until 1962 when he became a police officer for the Houston Police Department. Pat was promoted to detective and resigned in 1969 to work in the dairy business where he remained for 35 years. Olivia Kling has been employed by Simpson Real Estate as an assistant in real estate and property management for 8 years prior to obtaining her real estate license. Olivia graduated from Nacogdoches High School in 2000. Olivia is a graduate of SFASU with undergraduate degrees in Finance and Political Science and a master's degree in Public Administration.  She is a member of Phi Alpha Alpha and currently working on her Certified Public Manager certificate. Olivia is an active member of the Nacogdoches Board of Realtors serving as the 2011 Secretary, the Pineywoods Apartment Association, and numerous other public programs.

Born and raised in the Houston area Tina began a teaching career in 1979. Shortly after beginning her career, Tina moved to Nacogdoches pursuing her Masters in Education. In 1984 Tina completed her degree and determined Nacogdoches was the place for her to settle down. Tina taught in Nacogdoches, Lufkin, and surrounding areas until retirement in 2007. Since, she has worked as an associate realtor with Simpson Real Estate helping others settle down in the Nacogdoches area.

Margaret is a long time resident of Nacogdoches.She has been a REALTOR® for approximately seventeen years and has served on the Nacogdoches County Board of REALTORS® as Secretary and Treasurer as well as Chairperson of the MLS, Budget, Education and Professional Standards Committees. Her passion is finding the right home for buyers and assisting sellers with the moving process. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree with graduate work in Accounting and Marketing. She enjoys attending functions presented by the Music Preparatory Division of Stephen F. Austin State University. She is an avid supporter of the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter and the ASPCA.

Jared is a 4th generation Nacogdoches resident. He played baseball for Nacogdoches High School and graduated in 1999. After high school Jared attended Texas A&M University were he became a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics. From 2004 to 2006 Jared worked as a commercial real estate agent in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
